Built in Bentonville for Walmart Supplier Teams

We founded Zoom Retail Analytics because we lived the problems we are solving. We have been in the rooms where supplier teams scramble to answer Walmart's questions, rebuild the numbers, and feel the pressure rise in real time. We know that spreadsheet-driven grind firsthand, and we know how heavy it can feel.

Why This Retail Analytics Company Exists

Retail analytics has become harder, not easier. Despite billions spent on software, many supplier teams still spend their days pulling data, building spreadsheets, and hoping they catch the problem before the buyer does.

We started Zoom Retail Analytics to change that. Our team brings decades of experience in Walmart supplier relationships, Scintilla and Retail Link, supply chain operations, and enterprise analytics. We have seen what helps and what only adds more noise.

The answer is not more dashboards or bigger data warehouses. It is giving you tools that reduce the drag, speed up the analysis, and help you feel more prepared when the questions get urgent. If you want to see what that looks like in practice, explore our solutions.

Supply Chain Depth

Real experience with replenishment cycles, OTIF challenges, inventory management, and the operational realities of supplying Walmart.

Analytics Practitioners

What We Value

Respect for Expertise

You know your business better than any algorithm. We build tools that honor and amplify your knowledge.

Practical Innovation

We pursue technology that solves real problems, not innovation for its own sake.

Sustainable Improvement

Lasting change comes from steady progress, not dramatic overhauls. We help you improve in ways that actually stick.

People Over Process

We would rather work with people who can act than with layers of process that slow good work down.
