Zoom Retail Analytics, LLC collects information you provide directly, including your name, email address, company information, and any details submitted through our forms.

We may also collect usage and device data to operate, secure, and improve our services. We do not sell personal information.

Information may be shared with service providers that support our operations or when required by law.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once billed, except where required by law or as defined in a written service agreement.

You may cancel renewal for future billing periods before the next billing date. Cancellation applies to future billing cycles and does not retroactively refund prior charges unless required by law.

Service Delivery Policy

Zoom Retail Analytics is delivered electronically through web-based access. Accounts are currently provisioned through a limited early-access onboarding process.

Activation timing depends on onboarding readiness, data scope, and implementation requirements. Estimated timelines are shared during onboarding.
