Zoom Retail Analytics provides analytics software and related services for retail suppliers. Service availability and features may change over time.

Accounts and Access

Accounts are currently provisioned through an invitation-based onboarding process. You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and all activity under your account.

Payments

Paid subscriptions, if applicable, are billed according to your signed order or service agreement. Fees are due as stated in your billing terms.

Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operations, or use the service for unlawful activity.

Intellectual Property

Zoom Retail Analytics and its licensors retain all rights to the platform, software, and related materials.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zoom Retail Analytics is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
